Pisco Sour

2 oz Pisco brandy
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
1 egg white
3 drops Angostura bitters

Dry shake egg and lemon juice, then add syrup and Pisco, and shake again.  Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with Angostura.
