Berry Interesting

1 1/2 oz London dry gin
3/4 oz Cointreau
2 dashes peach bitters
3-4 raspberries
1/2 lemon juice
1/2 simple syrup
1 egg white (optional)

Shake; strain; cocktail glass; garnish with fresh raspberries and a lemon twist.
